175.8

175.8 I can't believe I'm doing this on here but I figure if I get it written down and have others to help hold me accountable, maybe I can pull it off. As of this morning, 175.8 is my current weight :-/ Starting today, April 1st, my plan is to start working out daily for hopefully 30 minutes a day. I was alittle too heavy plus out of shape before I got pregnant. So, get pregnant, eat, no workouts, have a baby and gain baby weight = 175.8. My goal is to tone up and lose alittle weight during the month of April. My weight loss goal is 5 lbs for April. I don't want to say that I need to lose 15 lbs. this month only to be discouraged if I don't. So, I figure 5 will be much more attainable and then hopefully be happily surprised if I happen to lose more. I do not necessarily believe in dieting so I'm not even going to attempt that. I do plan to watch what I eat but I am not going to deprive myself from eating what I want. I also will not beat myself up if I miss a day or don't get in the full 30 minutes. I'm a busy mom and sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. So there, I said it. You all now know my goals so during the month. If you think of it, every once in awhile I'd love it if you'd check in with me to see how I'm doing to help me stick to this. Wish me luck.

  3. Good luck! I know how you feel... I wish I was in better shape too. Hopefully I can get some good walks in this summer and trim down a little too.
