My kids were at my moms one beautiful March evening while I ran to Target.  When I was pulling into her driveway, the sunset was gorgeous and I had to snap a picture.  My camera phone takes blurry pictures sometimes and I never know it though until I check it later on, and of course this one was alittle blurry by the buildings.  But still, how pretty.  So glad I can still call this place my home. 

The week of Holy Week my kids spent their days off at my moms house while I was in the church office doing all of the bulletins for the services that week.  Bennett made the 3 crosses with the Lego's.  I thought that was pretty clever and it fit perfectly for the week.

While I was there picking up my kids one of those days, Mom and Kristen were rearranging pictures.  My family picture on the right had been in the same spot in our house since we moved in 20 years ago.  But now we had the old McManus family picture and an updated blended family picture so my mom wanted them all in the same spot.  Mom, Gifty and Kristen held the pictures this way and I took a quick picture to see if we liked this layout.

I got a nice picture of the kids while we were coloring Easter eggs.  Sometimes, they actually do really like each other and get along!

Ashley's Easter basket:  She found it before church on Easter morning, inside of a play tent downstairs.  She got the Snow White movie, sidewalk chalk and a Frozen wallet.

Bennett's Easter basket:  His was hidden inside the oven and he got the Peanuts movie, an Angry Birds wallet and some water balloons.

Easter was at my moms as usual.  We ate lunch and my kids and Justin hunted for the real eggs that were hidden inside the house.  Kristen hid plastic eggs outside which the kids went out to find in the late afternoon after Evan and Grace came.
